Over the past year, over seventy organizations have joined forces within the Broward Housing Partnership to provide affordable housing for Broward County's families and workforce.
Our partners include government entities, such as South Florida Regional Planning Council, public private partnerships like the Broward Alliance, several nonprofit groups and housing advocates - including the Broward Alliance for Neighbhorhood Development (BAND) and the Urban Land Institute - and academic institutions such as the Collins Center, Florida Atlantic University and Florida International University. From Lennar Corporation to Neighborhood Lending Partners to the Greater Fort Lauderdale Realtors Association, local developers, lenders and others in the industry are all actively involved. Furthermore, the business community continues to be well represented through individual company involvement, the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce, the Broward Workshop, the Broward Alliance and the participants of VisionBROWARD.
